Create pipeline transactions for available listings
When your properties and spaces are in Realcore, you now know what they are worth to your practice. The pipeline makes it easy to manage these by making notes and following up.
Include Expected Transactions
Don’t forget to input anticipated transactions. Putting these in ensure that the proper work will be done and that they are not forgotten.
Add Renewals
These transactions can sometimes be overlooked. Review your existing leases in the My Data- Leases page. Easily add them directly into the Pipeline from there.
The pipeline dashboard is a place where you can keep up on your evolving practice. When things are in, they are extremely easy to manage.
