- Customer representation agreements
- License renewal information
- Marketing flyers
- Confidentiality agreements & memorandum offering (OM)
- Link to: tax assessor's website, clerk, if court, city & county zoning
- Market page:
- Record needs, wants, and FYI's that can be searched later
- Compile a record of tenants in the market and their contacts
- In the comparables, not only are system comps generated but additionally, outside comps can be added
- Store research files and articles
- Add links to frequently accessed sites
