As we roll into 2025 let's get a head start on some spring cleaning and start your new year off strong.
Analyze Your Firm's Performance in 2024
Utilize the Management section to review Production, Cash Flow, Revenue and Firm Metrics.
Correct Discrepancies
Review your data for duplicates in the Clients, Submarket, Contacts, and Property sections on your administration tab, and merge any duplicate entries. Take the time to fix these discrepancies before moving forward. You'll want an accurate picture of 2025.
Set Firm and Agent Goals
Utilize the Goals tab of the Management section to set agent goals. This page provides a snapshot of each agent's production in the last three years. You can also add the projected number of transactions for 2025.
Note: Realcore calculates an average desk cost. To exclude someone from this number, simply uncheck the box.
Estimate Expenses
Utilize the Expenses tab of the Management section to estimate firm expenses by month. Inputting these estimates accomplishes two things; it creates an average desk cost per agent amount to use in the Production tab for profitability, and the Cashflow tab will now show these expenses.
Update Data & Review Pages
From the Management section, in the Summary tab, you can click on the date information link listed before the Chance filter. This will process all of your changes you made (done nightly), which updates every Management page.
Create & Review Tags for 2025 Transactions
The easiest way to customize reports for your firm is through creating transaction tags. Create or review existing lists from the Administration page and then tag transactions at closing for future filtering.
Angelo Sneak Peak
Here are a few more sneak peaks at our Angelo updates!
The new settings section allows all users to really customize their Realcore experience and view.
In the accounting page settings for Administrators, you can customize your experience by selecting the default date range for automatic population, adjusting closing preferences, and choosing which region(s) to display.
Brokers can personalize their page layout by selecting a default date range, adjusting closing preferences, and choosing their preferred pipeline style—either transaction or cash flow—for a tailored experience.
Agents now have the ability to customize their dashboard modules. They can adjust these settings directly in their profile or right from their pipeline, selecting which modules to include and where to place them on their screen. Plus, additional modules are in development to further enhance dashboard functionality!
