Multifactor Authentication
Your firm now has the option to turn on multifactor authentication for all users. When turned on, this setting would require users to verify their identity before accessing the platform. To learn more about this process, please contact us, or click here.
Global Reports
We have generated a Global Report in the Transaction Report section. This report provides valuable data, often required for data mining purposes. To access the report, simply select “Global Data Mining” under the Transaction Report section in Management Reports.
Prospect Sorting and Filtering
We have updated the Prospects page to allow easier filtering and sorting. Now users can sort by follow-up date, note added date, and even the date the Prospect was added. Read more about our Prospecting section on our Support site.
