Managing the Numbers: Goals, Expenses, & Desk Costs

Managing the numbers - goals, expenses and desk costs

The Management tab in Realcore holds vital data for your firm. However, there may be areas that need your attention to ensure the most accurate information is reported. Below are a few pages you can check to see if your numbers are as exact as possible.

Goals

You may already be aware that agents are able to enter their goals in the Income Summary box on the Pipeline page. However, firms can enter a goal for each agent as well. These numbers can be entered on the Goals page. When entering these goals, you will want to decide whether or not to include that person in the firm's desk cost.

Expenses

To help your firm better determine the company's profitability, Realcore will keep track of your company desk cost for agents by totaling your expenses and dividing it by the number of agents you just selected on the Goals page. The Expenses page allows you to enter the Projected expenses at the beginning of each year, and then as the year progresses, you enter the actual expenses at the end of each month.

Profitability of Each Agent

Using the numbers entered on the pages mentioned above, the Production page shows the overall profitability of each agent.

Not all Realcore administrators have access to the Management tab, so please feel free to forward this to your Company Administrators to check and see if these pages have been completed.
