Ending Your Year Strong: Cleaning up Realcore

Ending your year strong - cleaning up Realcore

With 2024 coming to a close it's time to do a little end of year cleaning so you can start 2025 off strong.

Clean Up Users

Take time to review your users in the system, are there any that should be blocked? Any blocked users that are ready to be archived? Any user roles & permissions that need to be updated?

Check Commission Splits

Now is the time to review the splits your agents are set at. Is this the same schedule they will be on for 2025? If any agents will be changing in 2025 now is the time to set a calendar reminder for the beginning of the year to update their commission splits.

Do you have any agents on special schedule, such as one where the agent receives 100% of the commission earned up to a certain dollar amount? Now is the time to review the agents current status and set a calendar reminder to update their schedule in the new year.

As a note – do not change their schedules now, as the system will begin paying those agents at those tiers now instead of in the new year. Make changes to the users commission schedules the first working week of January, but to help future you out, make some notes now and set some calendar reminders.

Review Old Deals

Now is the time to make sure your brokers have cleaned up their pipeline. The easiest way to find offenders is to run the Management Reports – Agent Cashflow Report. This report will tell you all of the agents in your office who have unpaid deals still sitting in their 2024 pipelines, making it easy for you to pass the information along to the agents to have them clean up their pipelines.

Not sure what settings to run the report for to find out who still has old deals? The image below shows the parameters to run the report for.

Parameters for running the Agent Cashflow report

Angelo Sneak Peak

Here is the new layout for the Basic Information stage of a pipeline deal. A big change is the navigation pane for the pipeline deal going across the top instead of along the side.

The new Basic Information layout in Angelo

We've made the interface more visual, including a circle chart representing the chance of closing, photos of contacts, and the ability to click to call or email those contacts.

Adding parties to a deal in Angelo

When adding in your parties the side you are representing is highlighted in blue. You'll be able to easily identify and add your referring firms, and your internal team. When adding your tenant and tenant firm we've added in the contacts images to give a better visual to people working on this deal.

Adding in your commissions is now on the right-hand side of the screen instead of below the fee type. Making it easier to see the changes as you update numbers on the deal.

The updated basic information summary in Angelo

Finally, our new basic information summary has been updated to be more visually stimulating. It includes a circle chart showing the deals' chances of closing, a circle chat showing the breakout of the agents' splits, and date boxes with the estimated payment dates.
