At the beginning of the month, we emailed all our users about using Realcore as their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. While we have many agents who use the Prospects page daily, we still believe some may be overlooking this valuable tool. I wanted to highlight some areas that you may want to explore to better learn how your agents can utilize our CRM feature.
The Outlook Add-In
The Outlook Add-In was a major update we made in December 2021 and we have received amazingly positive feedback. All Realcore users can install this to their Outlook and seamlessly add notes and files directly into the platform without having to use a browser. Check out our Outlook video to see how this works. You can find installation instructions here.
The Prospects Page
The Prospects page is the place for your agents to track any companies they're working with to close a deal. They can add files and notes, and share that information with other agents. Additionally, when they do finally land a deal, they can push that Prospect directly into a transaction by clicking the blue plus sign next to the Prospect's name.
Lease Renewals
The Leases page is the place where you, as an administrator, can help agents with keeping tabs on leases that are up for renewal, thus continuing your firm's relationship with that client. On this page, you can add notes with updates, edit the lease, and push the lease directly back to the Pipeline page when it's time for renewal.
Project / Listing Management
The Projects/Listing page of Realcore also provides plenty of opportunity to continue to grow your firm's client database, and maintain relationships with current clients. Check out this tutorial on the Project Portal for details on tracking prospects for listings, as well as touching base with current tenants.
