We have made it easier than ever to onboard your new users with our Agent Training videos, now available on our Support site. New introductory training consists of six videos, each under four minutes long. By watching these videos in order, new agents and assistants can quickly gain a solid understanding of the platform and start working with it right away.
To ensure your new users have access to these training materials, we've included links to the videos in the “Welcome” email sent to them. Simply check the “Notify User” box when setting up their account. An email will be automatically sent with the video links and other important links to the Support site. With these resources, your new agents and assistants can hit the ground running and become productive team members in no time.
Additionally, these training videos are not just useful for new users. Experienced agents can also benefit from them as great refresher courses.
