Who We Are

Realcore Applications is a cloud-based software platform developed exclusively for commercial real estate brokerage firms and their producers. Two brothers, Dave and Rich Harris, developed Realcore to fulfill a need in their own successful boutique firm in Raleigh-Durham, NC. Prior to starting his own brokerage firm, Rich was a top producer at GVA Advantis. He has consistently won the Triangle Business Journal's award for the highest transaction volume every year since the award's inception, and he consistently grosses $1M+ in annual production. Before teaming up with his brother, Dave worked in senior management positions at several commercial real estate brokerage firms in the Triangle area. Dave is seasoned commercial real estate veteran, having worked in nearly all fields of the industry.

Realcore's platform provides producers with a significant value proposition and enables management to keep a real-time pulse on the ongoing, contingent revenue opportunities of the firm. Realcore manages all client information and provides management with a real-time P&L. Additionally, the system offers client portals designed for use with both landlords and tenant clients alike. These portals streamline transactions and allow producers to deliver real-time, actionable information to their clients that drives them to make more informed decisions. In 2010, the brothers separated the software product from their boutique firm and further enhanced the system for the commercial real estate industry at large. As successful commercial brokers with strong backgrounds in technology, they understood the industry's need for s simple, yet effective tool. Hence, they developed a user-friendly solution that brokers actually want to use. Moreover, the product has been instrumental in differentiating brokers from the rest of the competition, given the capabilities of the client portal. One firm indicated that they increased their landlord portfolio business by over 2 million square feet since actively pitching the portals to prospective clients.

If our platform isn't simple, brokers aren't going to use it. Likewise, if new development doesn't add value to our customers, we aren't going to build it. We want to build components for Realcore that add value to the platform and simplify processes for our customers.
