And when he's not leading the charge at work, Dave's a die-hard Michigan Football fan and a fantasy football aficionado!

Chief Operating Officer

With a wealth of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Chrissy drives process improvements and ensures top-notch support and quality assurance.

But that's not all—Chrissy's a self-proclaimed Disney Adult! From competing in Disneyland attraction marathons to creating magical memories with her kids and niece/nephew, she's all about spreading the Disney joy!

Jeff has been an integral part of our journey since day one, spearheading our development team with over a decade of expertise as a full stack developer. His profound programming skills and deep platform knowledge are the cornerstone of our unparalleled user experience.

When he's not crafting exceptional code, you can find Jeff blazing trails on his mountain bike with his buddies, soaking in the beauty of nature.

Josselle Alvarez

Quality Assurance & Development Manager

Josselle has rejoined the Realcore team, bringing her expertise in managing the development team and ensuring the application runs smoothly. With her previous experience, she's now set to collaborate closely again with our developers to create the magic that is Realcore 4.0 (Angelo).

Outside of work, you can find Josselle hitting the pavement for a run, or perhaps staying in to keep up with her reading goals for the year. She also loves discovering new music, always on the lookout for the next great track to add to her playlist.

Stacey is the driving force behind our Next Level Support division! With over 17 years of industry prowess, Stacey spearheads our Realcore Next Level Service with finesse, ensuring unparalleled support for our valued clients.

Her extensive expertise in project management, CRE marketing, and team leadership shines through in every endeavor.

Beyond her professional ability, Stacey enjoys exploring new destinations with her husband and cherishing precious moments with her adorable grandkids.

Enrica Lipinski

NLS Operations Manager

Enrica, our Lead Administrator for the NLS division, brings over 15 years of invaluable experience in accounting, tax filings, and payroll to the Next Level Support team. Affectionately known as "Riki," she is a cornerstone of our organization.

When Riki isn't assisting customers with their to-do lists, she's busy whipping up delicious dishes to share with family and friends, enjoying quality time with her son, and delving into a good documentary. Her passion for culinary creations, family bonding, and intellectual pursuits enrich our team dynamic.

Riki's dedication and multifaceted interests make her an invaluable asset to our NLS family.
